About Crossword Print

Crossword Print is a free set of word-puzzle tools: makers for crosswords, mini crosswords, criss-cross puzzles, word searches, cryptograms and word ladders, and solvers for anagrams, crossword patterns, cryptograms, Wordle, Spelling Bee, Boggle and more. Every tool runs in your browser, with no account. See them all on the tools page.

How the content is made

• The tools run on your device. What you type is not sent to us. The word list is downloaded once and searched in your browser; see the privacy policy.
• Printable topic crosswords are built from Wikipedia articles. The clues are sentences from the article with one word blanked out, and the answers are terms the article links to. We do not write the facts in those clues: if one looks wrong, follow the revision link at the bottom of the topic page.
• The puzzle on each topic page is chosen from the ISO week number and the topic name, so everyone sees the same puzzle during a week, and it changes on Monday.
• Every source and licence (Wikipedia text, word lists, open-source code) is listed on the licences and credits page.
